Why are standard solutions insufficient for dam equipment?
Each dam project is unique in its geography, water chemistry, and static loads. Therefore, it's impossible to mass-produce a 14-meter-high radial gate or a massive penstock using mass production methods. Our "custom-made" manufacturing process, carried out in facilities experienced in production, begins with special designs from our engineering office. Material selection prioritizes corrosion resistance, and welding methods utilize the highest strength standards (WPS/PQR). Each component undergoes pre-assembly in the workshop, considering the challenging conditions at the assembly site. This approach not only extends the equipment's lifespan but also eliminates the risk of "incompatibility" at the site, saving the investor time and money.
